The “Lignum Vitae” or tree of life as this tree is called is the only non palm we have in our inventory only because we love it so. Its bonsai appearance with little tiny leaves and its dark blue to purple flowers which impart a bluish hue to the entire tree when in bloom occurring 2 to 4 times a year make this a must have plant for the collector, the garden buff or for anyone that enjoys plants.. Its not very particular about soils but they must be exceptionally well drained and it needs full sun though they will tolerate filtered light.
